NOT FOR THE WEAK STOMACHED!!!!

this is what i pulled from my drains last night trying to clean for cleaning checks. i thought it was pretty disgusting and it smelt horribly too. i hate hair that is not connected to the body!!! it's nasty, and this just proves that.

this picture is actually funny: he had a straight face until he saw the camera flash. as soon as the picture was taken, his face went back into a straight face. SO CUTE!!!!

RMYL 351R the 'R' means REPEATABLE

i really believe i have the best major! i mean seriously, where else would you be required to take a class where you go camping and scuba diving and play around on a ropes course?!?!?
anyways, last weekend we went camping to goblin valley. (i'm not entirely sure where it is, just that it's 2-3 hours south of provo). we played capture the flag that night with glow sticks in the actual goblin valley (see last picture to get the idea). the next day we went a mile or so down the road from there to hike ding and dang canyons, with the dome in the middle. there were times i was scared to death, because well, death would be the result of one wrong move. but it was amazing. and i loved it. can't wait to take the class again!

this was where we camped out. before we left for the canyons a few of us kind of wandered around the cliff things. it was really cool!

this is my class, or at least most of them. the guy in the long sleeve blue shirt is my adviser and professor. i really like his classes. and the guy to his left, kind of behind him, is josh. he's australian (married). thought i'd just put that out there for all of you...

this was a pretty cool canyon/mountain side thing to climb up. i'm the one in the middle with the hat and white shirt.

there were a few places in the canyons where we had to shimmy our way down like this. there were also a few places where i thought i was going to die. but we won't go there.

this is goblin valley, where the movie galaxyquest was filmed. this is the area where we played capture the flag in the dark using glow sticks. that 'L' shaped ridge thing is pretty much the dividing line between sides. i can't tell you how many times i ran up that thing that night. i was quite sore the next couple days....BUT i highly recommend playing in the dark in this place. it was SOOOOOOO much fun!!
